Mohawk Meadows was established in 1994 and is a small community with large acreage.   Currently we have 18 homes on 30 lots and a total of approximately 350 acres much of which is forested.   Fortunately, the vast majority of our owners have embraced the Firewise programs including Hazardous Fuels Reduction and therefore we have made significant progress reducing the threat of wildfire.   Each year we continue to thin our forested areas and reduce unwanted fire fuels.
